First week of diary comics tapering off meds

Instagram caption: I had to re-budget for my birdie buffet due to the fact that when I started feeding them it was just a few of them. But now they've all had babies - and the sparrows in particular have become an expensive army of hungry adolescents! The blackbirds seem to have turned their nose up at the cheap stuff now that bushes are fill if berries. I miss them in my garden. Without them, there are two or three greedy magpies who tend to show up when I've go e in, to chase off the sparrows and hoover up what they can. It's amusing, watching stealthily from my bathroom window, as the fat wood pigeons stand their ground and the magpies try to pack them from underneath to get to the dishes 😄

Instagram caption: I'm really nervous about tapering off the antidepressant. Venlafaxine has a very short half-life, which makes it one of the most difficult medications to taper off. The withdrawal, or 'discontinuation' symptoms are said to be horrific... which I wasn’t informed of when I was put on them. I'm hoping that as I've not been on them for too long, I won't have a rough time... but only time will tell. I am looking forward to my old sweat-free life 😊 I start reducing my dose tonight... wish me luck!
